These two apartments, 62 m² for the Gîte Côté Jardin and 53 m² for the Gîte Côté Cour, each accommodating 2 to 4 people, are ideally located near the E25 motorway towards Maastricht, Tongeren and Luxembourg and the E40 towards Aachen and Brussels. We are a few minutes' drive from the historic heart of Liège and the Guillemins train station built by the architect Santiago Calatrava.
The apartments are fully furnished in a style that is both vintage and contemporary, and include a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The living rooms have a sofa bed that sleeps two.
You will enjoy a green environment in apartments where you feel at home. Side access via wide stairs with handrail.
Guests of the Gîte Côté Jardin can enjoy the garden with direct acces from the living room and the kitchen to a large terrace and shaded garden.
Half of the garden is reserved for the Gîte Côté Cour and is accessible via an external staircase. The garden is on the lower level (the house is built on a hill).
